Returns Due to the handmade and seasonal nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@adornxmas.com],We will provide you with the return address upon contact. with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of placement; expedited orders cannot be cancelled (as shipment is arranged on the same day), and orders that have already shipped are eligible for return only.
