We currently ship to the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 10–14 business days. Expedited shipping takes 5–8 business days. Please note that orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package on the carrier's website.

Can you hold my order to ship on a specified date?
No. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and are unable to hold orders for a specified shipping date.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Our products are shipped from China. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Most standard orders to the US are not subject to additional fees, but this may vary.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of placement; expedited orders cannot be cancelled (as shipment is arranged on the same day), and orders that have already shipped are eligible for return only.
